After gathering the survey responses, I reviewed each question in detail, focusing on the most common answers as well as identifying and noting down areas where improvements could be made. This process helped me identify opportunities of improvement which i could then apply to the user experience of my project.

I then organised these findings into several key sections:
Hospital Environment
This focuses on preparing children for the hospital setting while also exploring ways to make the physical environment feel more child-friendly and less clinical.
People
This involves familiarising children and their parents with hospital staff, their roles and reassuring them that they are in safe hands, helping to reduce anxiety and anticipation.
Procedures
Similar to the People section, this focuses on preparing children and parents for upcoming procedures by explaining what they involve and how they will be carried out.
Waiting Room
The waiting room should not only be a safe and engaging space but also an opportunity to educate and inform children and parents about what to expect, potentially including a brief timeline of the days events.
Organising the findings in this way helped clarify the key pain points users are experiencing and allowed me to begin generating ideas for how my major project could tackle these challenges.

I finally documented the main facts and figures from the survey so I could refer back to them when justifying my design choices during the development of my project.
