I took a look at different ways I could display my data which is effective and is easily understood but also looks somewhat aesthetically pleasing to look at

Free Flat Dashboard Infographics for Google Slides and PowerPoint

I loved this flat dashboard infographic as it really helped me to establish how to keep my infographics looking simple and clean as well as not over complicating them and will be really helpful when it comes to building my dashboard further.

I did stat off just brainstorming some ideas for each infographic out on paper but when I went to produce these ideas on screen it was a lot harder than I expected.

Screen Time

Weekly Screen Time

I decided to display the weekly screen time in just plain text as I felt this was quite an informative way to do it and is a little different to lots and different charts

Daily Screen Time

For screen time for a specific day I chose to use Saturday the 25th March and represent it using a Donut Pie chart. My choice for a pie chart is for me I looked like the best way to represent this data and it also lots in well with the rest of my ideas for this infographic page.

Weekly TV Watching

To display this I used a line chart. This way I can use the chart to show the days I was less busy and therefore watched more TV compared to the days I had a busier day o watched less. I thought a line chart was the best way as it can sow the increase or decrease between each day.

Weekly Social Media Usage

I chose to represent this using different circle sizes. Each circle is in proportion with how much it was used so Instagram was used the most, then snapchat and then twitter and Facebook were used the same amount. I thought this was a more creative way to display this data instead of using a bag standard chart which I had already used
