Language/Wording
Terms like appointment type, preferences and profile setup is not understood by children
- Instead could be phrased like: “What is your visit for?” alongside icons to make it easier to understand the options
- Could be a parent step / advised for a parent to set up with Childs input for companion etc

- Makes the step confusing / difficult for them

Companion Set-Up

- Helps enhance the experience
- Increased engagement
- Could provide explanation on what companion is for
- Companion gives reassurance, explains steps & celebrates progress
Notifications
- Do not understand what notifications are / do
- Heard the words but do not know what it means

- Could use wording “Do you want your buddy to remind you about your hospital visit?”
