While developing my user flows, I explored the flows and layouts of other existing apps to understand what truly intuitive, efficient and competitive digital experiences look like. This process allowed me to observe how users actually navigate successful apps to achieve their goals, rather than relying on assumptions about how they might behave.
By aligning my designs with user expectations and making the interactions feel more natural, it helps improve the usability and task efficiency while also increasing engagement by making key actions easier to complete. Ultimately, learning from established design decisions helps transform complex ideas into simple, user-friendly experiences that feel seamless, purposeful and thoughtfully designed.
