Week 11

After getting my survey reviewed by Maíra, we discussed altering my survey slightly so the questions align with the user journey I want to base my project on such as looking at the logic of what happens at the start of the user journey, the middle when you are at the appointment and the end of what occurs and happens after the appointment.

I could also look at another area such as asking questions to parents who have never needed to take their child to hospital but get feedback on if they did, how would they prepare them. Another area i could consider is how parents feel are their experiences of taking children to the hospital, how it makes them feel and how to build more confidence in them that will reflect onto their children.

Week 12

Think about what makes it unique:

• Make the experience better in General hospitals (eg Ulster Hospital) rather than specialist hospitals?
• Focus on neurodivergence?
• Blend in the in-person experience?
• More emphasis on the parent?

• Remix of concept to make it unique and different from Little Journey.
