Values

Values are so important as it is the first step to building an emotional connection between your brand and an individual and overall improves the user experience. The core brand values are the beliefs that your company represent and stand for, giving the customer an insight to your bank.

For my values, I took feedback from the question ‘What matters to you the most when banking’ in my survey to help determine what young people look for or would want out of a bank. This helped me create an initial idea of core values for my bank.

I also looked at banks I had previously researches and their core values to help generate more ideas

After this research, I picked my 5 values which I think best describe what I want my bank to stand for as a brand. The 5 values I picked for my brand are:

Security

Valuing the customers security should be a main priority for my bank when it comes to the confidentiality of peoples information, protecting them from fraud. The safety of peoples money is also a top priority as the better the security, the better reputation you can hold.
